To make a claim on your insure my car policy, call us on 0800 882 882 and choose option 1 to go through to our claims team. They will guide you through the process and will have you back on the road as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can email us on claims@insuremycar.co.nz and advise us that you would like to make a claim. If starting your claim by email, please be sure to include your policy number or your car’s registration number.
If you need to use your Roadside Assistance benefit, call us on 0800 882 882 and choose option 2 to go through to our Roadside Assistance team. They will send someone to help you as soon as possible.
